Duncan Mwiti Kinyua

He is the managing and founding partner in the firm. He graduated with honors from Moi University School of Law in 2013 and joined the Kenya School of Law for the Post Graduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) IN 2014. He was admitted to the bar in January 2016 and is an active member of the law society of Kenya.

Duncan is the chief litigation counsel in the firm and has been involved in various high profile constitutional litigation maters in the past one year.
